Nathan Gray, Principal and Co-Founder of Graymont Medical, sought to redefine the Durable Medical Equipment industry by building an organization that prioritizes patients and employees. In 2012, Graymont Medical launched to provide first-class service to patients all over the country. Under the combined direction of the leadership team, Graymont Medical is now one of the leading distributors of products that enhance surgical outcomes for thousands of patients each year.
Whether he’s solving complex medical problems or growing the business, Gray puts people at the center of every endeavor. With more than 15 years of experience in the medical industry, he’s built a reputation as an entrepreneur who will always take the time to challenge obstacles by providing innovative solutions. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife Sara and his children Sam, Hannah and Emma, and is a recent yoga enthusiast. He attended Michigan State University, where he founded the Michigan State Medical Technology Club.
Matthew Montanari co-founded Graymont Medical to establish a medical distribution group that provided world-class products and services to optimize patient recovery. By prioritizing patients and working closely with the most respected orthopedic surgeons in the world, Graymont Medical provides unparalleled care to thousands of patients every year.
Since inception, Montanari has dedicated his career to making Graymont Medical into the nation-wide leading distributor of medical devices it is today. With his natural instinct for business, Montanari enjoys wearing many hats and finding creative solutions to all types of problems. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and traveling. He graduated from the University of New Hampshire.
Nick Wright spent 10 years in public accounting before using his skills and business savvy to help launch Graymont Medical into the cutting-edge medical equipment provider it is today. In collaboration with the rest of the leadership team, Wright helped grow the company from just a few people to almost 70 employees and make Graymont Medical a great place to work.
Wright works closely with accounting, operations and human resources to keep the day-to-day business running smoothly and lay the foundation for future growth. He excels at navigating the challenges of the medical industry and stays abreast of medical advancements and the changing business landscape to provide quality care to patients. When he’s not at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, acts as a weekend landlord, watches English Premier League soccer and enjoys craft beer. Wright graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor’s in Accounting.
Bryce Beasley worked as a commercial real estate broker before applying his ability to navigate sales situations at Graymont Medical. In his role, he works to acquire new business and manages several business lines. He’s proud to have seen the company grow in his time there and is excited by the opportunity for business growth and professional development. Outside of work, he loves travel, Kansas basketball and spending time with his wife Kelly, their daughter Margot and their extended family. Beasley graduated from the University of Kansas, where he studied marketing and psychology.
Mike Hoffman was a veteran in sales of soft goods and medical braces before joining Graymont Medical to head its durable medical equipment and patient care team. Hoffman is an expert in orthopedic office practice management programs which promotes workflow efficiencies for health care providers and increases the quality of patient care, all while making DME dispensing a profitable ancillary business for our clients.
Mike is a leader in many civic causes outside of work. He is the President of the Board of Directors of Prevent Child Abuse-Illinois, and he is the Chairman of the Hope and Healing Committee of the Archdiocese of Chicago. Hoffman earned his BA from Marquette University. In his free time, he enjoys sipping craft brews with his friends.
Caitlin McNeily was in the medical sales industry for 10 years before joining Graymont Medical to lead Ashland Women’s Health, a division of Graymont Medical. At Graymont Medical, she worked closely with her team to establish the breast pump business and enjoys seeing her team and the business thrive. She’s passionate about women’s health, specifically helping fellow working moms achieve their family and breastfeeding goals. Outside of work, McNeily loves spending time with her three children, practicing yoga, and learning more about food and wine. She graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor’s in Communications.
Allison Voehringer served as the operational leader for a small software consultancy before joining Graymont Medical in 2017. A physician’s daughter, she is gratified to have joined a team so dedicated to quality of care and the patient experience. Voehringer brings years of leadership training and is excited to help build on this great team and company culture. Outside of work, she enjoys playing soccer, her hilarious family of five, and traveling when she can. Voehringer graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a B.S. in Finance and received her MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Lauren Kowtun, CPA, has worked with and audited clients in a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, healthcare and not for profit. At Graymont Medical, she’s responsible for automating daily processes and making operations run as smoothly as possible. She enjoys working at Graymont Medical because something new happens every month and keeps the work engaging. Outside of work, you can find her running marathons, hanging out with her dog Roscoe or exploring breweries and taco joints around Austin with her husband. She graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor’s in Accounting & Operations Management.
Khylie Urben has worked at Graymont Medical for more than five years and is currently in charge of day-to-day operations. At any given time she’s guiding sales representatives, answering questions and working with her team to set the company up for success. She enjoys being part of the company’s growth and is proud of being instrumental in helping Graymont Medical achieve its Joint Commission Accreditation. Outside of work, she enjoys practicing yoga, reading and eating good food. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor’s in Spanish Literature and English Literature.
Jesse Jones worked as an inside sales representative for a manufacturing equipment distributor before joining Graymont Medical. He handles ordering and purchasing goods to stock the warehouse and is proud of how much the company is growing and how organized the warehouse looks since his first day, which speaks to his passion for organization. When he’s not at work, you’ll find him spending time with his family, playing fantasy sports and golfing with various levels of success.
